Stacy was my very first boss out of college. When I moved to Oklahoma after our wedding, I was desperate to find a job and to find a good job. I thought that meant an advertising agency. Little did I know that everyone starts at the same level at an ad agency: binder stuff, filling out forms, filing.
Stacy was as good a boss as she could be given that I was really disappointed in my responsibilities and only wanting more, which is why I left after just a few months for my job at the University of Oklahoma. She did try to find more for me, but it still wasn't enough. I did appreciate her trying though.
This picture is my "cube." Notice the mac that looks like it belongs in a museum now! This was my 22nd birthday, which I made a HUGE deal out of because I was turning 22 on the 22nd.
FYI, my kids's call that your golden birthday.
When you turn the age of your date.
I thought a golden birthday was when you turn 50... time are changing, I guess,
