Lynn was a childhood friend of mine from elementary school. She was really, really smart. So was her mom. She was my math tutor (God help her) for many years. The funny thing is that I don’t remember much about Lynn (except for her bangs, as you can see in the photo – she is sitting behind me) but I remember a lot about her mom and her house.
